On Thursday, September 11, 2014 was held at the Toque Rouge in Sherbrooke, the 20th edition of the Eastern Townships “Gala des Grands Chefs” of the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS). Immex Société Immobilière is proud to have been one of the major sponsors of the evening which was under the honorary presidency of Mrs. Jacinthe Dubé, Royal Lepage Real Estate Group.
Seven great chefs of fine gastronomy from the Eastern Townships had concocted for the occasion a seven-course menu enhanced by carefully chosen wines. Thanks to the creativity and expertise of the great chefs, nearly 300 people have lived a unique dining experience while contributing to the fight against cancer.
This year thanks to the generosity of our partners and guests, the CCS has raised a total $89, 276 during the evening and auctions. However, it is important to note that, thanks to the generosity of our partners in goods and services, the amount collected exceeds $145,000.
