Plans for the new Complexe Le Baron were unveiled by Immex who also confirmed that it has signed a lease with BRP to relocate its offices in the complex by 2016.
Five site accesses were planned; one on Don Bosco Street South, and two on Marconi Street and King Street West.
The construction of the first building will begin in March and the completion is scheduled for October 2014. This first building is approximately 40,000 square feet on three floors.
Energie Cardio and Chez Cora, who are tenants of the current Complexe Le Baron, will move into the first building.
BRP will install its training room on the lower floor of the first building near the Magog River. A space of 10,000 square feet remains vacant in this first building.
Construction of the second building with a total area of approximately 110,000 square feet over five floors, will start in the fall of 2014 and the completion is scheduled for late 2015 or early 2016.
BRP will occupy two of the five floors of the building located along King Street West.
A terrace is planned on the fifth floor which is still vacant, just like the second floor.
