A prestigious culinary evening to help save more lives! <\/strong><\/p>\n

On November 9th<\/sup>, 2017, culinary inspiration and imagination will be at work at the Delta Hotel in Sherbrooke. Organized by the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS), the twenty-third Gala des Grands Chefs de l\u2019Estrie in Sherbrooke is a unique gourmet dinner dedicated to the business community. Through the creativity of the chefs, who are supported by an army of highly motivated volunteers, this dinner has in store unmatched gastronomic delights to tantalize guests\u2019 palates and promises to be a grand visual and gastronomic experience!<\/p>\n

Presented by Immex Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Immobili\u00e8re, the event, which will bring together some 300 members of the region\u2019s business community, is expected to raise more than $ 70,000.<\/p>\n

The brigade of renowned chefs and the team at the Canadian Cancer Society are delighted to concoct a gastronomical experience of high caliber.\u00a0 Since its beginnings in 1995, the Gala des Grands Chefs de l\u2019Estrie has raised 1\u00a0350 000 <\/strong>dollars to fight cancer and to save more lives.<\/p>\n

The Gala des Grands Chefs de l\u2019Estrie returns this year to present an innovative concept and a new brigade! For the occasion, guests will witness the work of eight chefs first hand, as the latter will craft their creations from their respective culinary stations directly located among the dining tables in the Delta Hotel. Guests will retrieve their plates from these stations, according to pre-established menu.\u00a0 \u00a0From their tables, each guest will experience a unique gastronomical delight while engaging with the chefs.\u00a0 A six-service meal will be prepared by ten chefs, eight of which will have their stations, while one will mix cocktails and offer wine and meal pairings and the other will be responsible for sweet endings. \u00a0This one-of-a-kind culinary voyage will be\u00a0 prepared by:<\/p>\n
